Bill Pease

Bill Pease is a classically trained
musician who has been able to
extrapolate his musical knowledge
into the performance of Tango music.
As a DJ, Bill's goal is to play the most
inspiring music from all musical genres
with heavy emphasis on the
traditional Tango repertoire. Having a
degree in music theory and
composition from Boston University
has given Bill a unique technical and
theoretical insight into the harmonic
and rythmic structure of Tango music
which, under the tutelage of Ben
Bogart of Providence Tango, he has
applied to creating programs of
contagiously danceable music. Bill is
committed to the playing of great
music in all social Tango events
everywhere and is currently DJing
Practicas and Milongas at
Providence Tango, as well as
MediTango in Boston/ Brookline.
